Chapman - Model CPC Series -Flail/Sweeper Collector

The CPC is a tractor mounted sweeper/mower that has been specifically designed for maximum performance whilst staying simple and user friendly. Both 1.5m and 1.8m models are available to cover a large working area, complete with a large hopper capacity of 1750 litres (1.5m) and 2100 litres (1.8m) for the collection of grass, leaves, manure and other materials.

With all year round usability, the CPC Tractor Collector is the perfect machine for use in all seasons for all requirements. All of the CPC Series models feature heavy duty all-steel construction and a high quality powder coated finish for long working life and first class quality.

At the front of the CPC, a unique pivoting mounted headstock and heavy duty castor wheels are installed to allow the CPC to follow the towing vehicle with ease, enabling enhanced manoeuvrability and making it easy to navigate tight spaces and reversing. A wide angle PTO shaft if fitted to allow tight turns to be made easily and safely.

The choice between a Brush rotor and Flail rotor make the Chapman CPC versatile and able to suit all scenarios:

• The Brush rotor allows the CPC to collect leaves, debris or even dung efficiently with excellent results.
• The Flail rotor gives the CPC a clean cut and excellent performance in tough situations.

Our innovative double helix rotor design incorporates a solid 40mm diameter drive shaft through the centre of the rotor. Structural grade high tensile steel tube is used to give an overall rotor diameter of 500mm, with flail lugs welded in a double-helical pattern.

This unique design transfers cutting power more efficiently from the gearbox to the cutting heads, giving a cleaner cut, smoother running and better performance in tough situations.

The rotor incorporates double row spherical roller bearings for increased reliability. Perfect for maintaining parks, golf courses and estates.

The Sweeper Collector comes with a dynamically balanced rotor for smooth operation under variable loading. The rotor has 4 banks of heavy duty sweeper brushes suitable for all types of surfaces. These are very hard wearing and easily replaceable should one get damaged. The Sweeper version also comes with front mounted spring tines for the breakup of stubborn material.

The heavy duty brush rotor allows the CPC to collect leaves, debris or even dung efficiently with excellent results – perfect for caravan parks, estates and horse paddocks. Easily replaceable brush segments results in quick changes should damage occur.
