Feucht-Obsttechnik - Model FS3 -High Fruit Harvesting Trunk Shaker
Shaking of smaller trees with a trunk diameter of up to 50 cm. The FS3 high trunk shaker is suitable for shaking trees with trunk diameters of up to 50 cm such as cherries, yellow plums, nuts, plums or apples directly on the trunk. The long telescopic rod (3 x 100 cm) allows a distance of up to 600 cm from the tree trunk to the cover edge. This means that even trees in steep areas can be easily reached and the main branches of old, very large trees can be shaken easily and gently. Thanks to its compact design, the shaker head is flexible and easy to attach to every tree. The FS3 high trunk shaker is compact, robust, versatile, flexible, and powerful.
Working with the trunk shaker is extremely simple. The gripper attached to the three-point linkage of a tractor encloses the trunk of the tree to be shaken. The pressure on the rubber jaws attached to the gripper is infinitely variable. A hydraulically driven unbalanced mass shakes the entire tree. Cherries, plums, yellow plums, apples, pears, olives, or nuts can thus be harvested particularly effectively and quickly.
For the shakers, grippers are available for trunks with a diameter of up to 60 cm.
