Imac - Model OL 1400 - High Output Onion Loader
This machine has been designed principally for harvesting onions but also red beet and potatoes with a 2 phases system. It is a trailed machine with an hydraulically dri- ven drawbar and steering wheels. The standard version consists of 2 conveyors with adjustable level wheels and a sponge roller.The sieving-elevator web is very large (140 cm) and has a gentle slope to avoid rolling and peeling. The swinging pick up follows perfectly the shape of the ground. A big cleaning hedgehog with adjustable speed and angle completes a rich and important serial base equipment.

A large swan neck (width 100 cm) unloads the crop directly into trailers (up to an height of 4 m) or into transporting crates on special carriages as long as the swan neck is equipped with a proper outlet funnel. The care afforded to the machine con- struction and details ensures a delicate harvesting of the crops and exceptional performances that varies between 40 and 70 t/h. The hydraulic controls are electromagnetic.
