Hortitech - Model 2HD 3.00 -Hydraulic Trolley for Greenhouse Tomato
The Hortitech 2HD 3.00 hydraulic trolley is designed for tomato care in high greenhouses, where smooth adjustment of the working platform at high heights is required. The Hortitech 2HD 3.00 trolley is equipped with a scissor lift consisting of two scissors lifted by one actuator, which allows us to raise the platform to a height of 3 m. The scissor guides are made of plastic, which significantly improved the rigidity of the trolley scissors. The hydraulic unit received a strong 2kW engine. The device uses a PLC controller that controls the operation of lifting the platform, extending the travel wheels, and driving. The trolley system also informs us about excessively discharged batteries, which guarantees us trouble-free work.
The Hortitech trolley series has undergone a number of modifications to improve its functionality. The rounded corners of the lower frame change the overall design of the trolley and protect the plants from damage. A new method of painting the elements affects the resistance to external conditions. The longer and wider frame affects the stability of the trolley. All control elements are appropriately marked. An additional emergency switch located on the lower control panel. An electrical box placed on the front of the trolley, allowing easy access to it. The box is airtight and resistant to moisture and has hooks enabling its easy opening. Possibility to purchase a trolley with an internal charger - to charge the battery, simply connect the cable to the power socket. The protective barriers have also been changed, the control panel has been moved to the front of the trolley. The barrier doors located on the front and back of the trolley are secured with a lock that increases the level of safety. The valve that controls the adjustment of the platform level allows it to be lowered in the event of a power failure. Travel wheels made of aluminum and polyurethane. Wheel forks made of thinner material. New bearings allow easy movement of the trolley between rows.
