Frame
TRV is built around a double-frame where
cylinders which are controlled by an auto-steering system
can move the boom with sections from side to side (+/- 20cm).
TRV is also equipped with two stabilizing discs that help keep the cleaner stable.

The frame of the TRV 2.0 HD is up to 40% stronger with its new construction compared to previous models.

Rowshift
The inter-row cleaner can also be shifted laterally by a further 37.5 cm with the new built-in rowshift structure.

Both the regular sideshift and rowshift use the same strong side steering cylinder with built-in position sensor.

Extreme ground clearance
The frame of the TRV interrow cleaner is designed with an extremely large ground clearance of as much as 85 cm and sections can be lifted all the way up from the row with a height of 75 cm with our patented TRV section lift.

The TRV cleaner is the only one on the market with such a high boom!

The TRV row cleaner is designed for the use of optical Vision Control control. This helps to ensure accurate control using cameras
A specially manufactured camera is connected to the Vision control system. The camera contains 2 color cameras that photograph the plant rows. The camera usually looks for 2 rows, but this function can be changed in the terminal, as desired. The information the camera picks up is sent to the Terminal in the tractor, where it is then converted into movements on the cleaner. At the same time, the terminal keeps you informed.

Mechanical row steering
The mechanical row control system keys on the side of the crops in 2 different rows. The only thing that prevents the length of the season for weed control is the height of the boom, which is a full 60-80cm!

Compact for the road
The inter row cultivator can be easily folded when driving on country roads.
When you need to leave the field, the wings are folded in using the tractor’s hydraulics, then the sections can be easily put into the transport lock and the 2 safety plates are quickly mounted on the middle of the cleaner. You are now ready to drive safely in traffic.

Sectionlift
As additional equipment, our patented system of section lift for TRV inter-row cultivator can be purchased. The section lift lifts the entire section up from the row so that you do not damage the plants when you e.g. turns in the headland.

Section lift is prepared for driving via GPS (Requires ISO-BUS box and small adjustment in the tractor). This means that when you hit a wedge in the field, the tractor’s GPS can control automatic lifting of the sections.

Sowing equipment and band spray

Do you have a desire to be able to sowing grass seeds? Why not do it when you are out cleaning the last time in the field?

You can expand your inter-row cultivator with sowing equipment.

You can also equip your cleaner with belt spray equipment.
