Fransgard Crimper Intenso - Model I-180Pro -Machine for Grass Treatment
Crimper Intenso I-180 pro is Fransgård's newest machine for grass treatment. It is designed to achieve better feed quality. The crimper helps to break the wax layer on the grass, reduce drying time and decreasing nutrient loss. The machine is particularly suitable for use with a front swather, which provides good weight distribution on the tractor. At the same time, it is possible to maintain a high speed even with large volumes of material. The Intenso I-180 Pro makes a smooth, airy swath - even on the 2nd or 3rd crimp, making the job easier for the collector who has to process the material.
Intenso I-180 Pro Has A Powerful Closed Rotor With 6 Rows Of Strong Y-Fingers In Moulded Plastic.
The Crimper Plate Is Coated With Aluminium, Which Withstands The Grass Sap. The Plate Has 6 Settings For The Intensity Of The Crimping And Both Inner And Outer Swath Plates, Which Ensure An Even Flow And The Proper Distribution Of The Material.
4 V-Belt Drives Fitted With A Powerful Tension Roller, Ensure Optimal Operation.

Top Plate
The strong top plate above the rotor gives a stable construction and you adjust the spreader blades via the slots on top.
3-point hitch
The 3-point hitch is made of a rolled hollow profile and has a PTO hook that can be easily turned to the side.
The support leg is pushed up when the machine is mounted on the tractor.
Pro protective bracket
Galvanised protective bracket is standard equipment.

Fingers
Very strong nylon fingers shaped like a V provide optimal crimping of the material.
Flange bearing
Solid greasable flanged bearings give the rotor a smooth and stable rotation.
Galvanised bracket
All brackets, handles, bolts, etc., are galvanised.
Gearbox
The heavy-duty angular gearbox with elevated venting is well protected in the main frame of the crimper.
Rubber absorber
The 3-point hitch turns with it, so the machine has a very smooth turn and the 2 rubber absorbers act as a stop block for the turning radius of the hitch.
Wheels
Large fixed wheels ensure smooth operation even at high forward speeds. The wheel bracket can be adjusted to the desired height without using tools.
Main Frame
The main frame is made of special steel Domex 420 with many reinforcements in both the sides and the front plate.

Transport Lock
The 3-point hitch has a transport lock that is activated manually and ensures that the machine hangs stably on the tractor during transport.
Rotor
The large rotor is made from one piece of pipe, which gives a robust and durable rotor. It also means that the rotor is completely closed, and you avoid material lying in the rotor, which creates an imbalance.
Spreader Wings
The galvanised spreader blades are located on the inside and are adjusted individually on top of the top plate. The aluminium chequer plate sits under the top plate, giving extra long life to the machine regarding the strong sap from the grass.
