Mechanical samplers are used to take sample batches from the product stream, either in a jar or a bag. The pneumatically operated sampler can be fitted to the outside of any pipe and uses a plastic cylinder to retrieve the sample from either the raw material stream or the finished product.

Vacuum samplers take samples using a vacuum and ejector. Samples can be taken from any free-flowing material. The operator can adjust the frequency and size of the samples. Continuously operating vacuum samplers can also move the sample approximately 20 meters to the desired location. Vacuum samplers can also be connected to a pneumatic line.
