Micro Drip Method

Micro Dripping is an irrigation method that enables a very low flow rate, close to one fifth the flow of ordinary drippers. The nominal flow rate of each Micro Dripper may be as low as 0.2 L/hr and this low flow is resulting with better wetting distribution in the soil.

  • For pressure systems we offer our Mini Flow Regulator (a regulated master dripper of 2 or 4 L/hr). Its outlet may feed a bundle of Multi Outlet Micro Drippers.
  • Gravity Micro Drip system operates under very low pressure of water from a small pool or tank, that generates a hydrostatic pressure of less than 0.1 bar (1m). Water flows from the tank in supply tubes and feed lines to the Micro Drip. A typical system is illustrated below.
