Model CS 600 -Circular Resaw
Increase your output with the CS 600! High resaw performance with state of the art circular saw technology! This innovative design consists of two 15 mm thick, laser-cut and machined steel side members between which the entire machine is assembled. The chain and V-belt drives are mounted externally. The speed of the two separately driven feed units with profiled feed rollers is adjustable via a frequency converter. The intake height is hydraulically adjusted to the wood. Large opening to the tempered saw shaft for easy blade replacement. The saw shaft is supported in only two places and is therefore very precise and quiet. Central lubrication!
Compact design
Compact small design with feed and outfeed table Separate protective covers for belt drive and chain drive of the feed. Assortment of engine variants from 22 to 90 kW. Central lubrication!
Optimal access
Large opening for optimal access to the tempered saw shaft to replace the saw blades or insert. Integrated in the access door: the support of the saw shaft. Convenient magnetic holders for machine tools.
Milled feed rollers
Seven milled feed rollers driven on top and bottom (not pictured). Two-row upstream splinter protection for your safety. The feed rollers are driven electrically. The feed speed is controlled by a frequency converter.
Comfortable operation
General view of the operator side. Quick start-up. Compact design and no further on-site installation work required on the CS 600. The entire machine is transported as a single unit. The electrical box and saw motor are permanently attached to the machine. Mount the feed and outfeed table, connect power and you’re ready. Clearly arranged controls on the control panel! A step facilitates access to the machine from above.
