AAMS - Modular Spray Patternator for Sprayers
Determine the liquid distribution under different spray booms/nozzle settings to allow a validation for different operational standards. The AAMS Modular Spray Patternator is a fully mechanic and modular test device to verify the liquid distribution under a spray boom. It can be used to check the evenness of the liquid distribution under spray booms (different types and configurations of nozzles, pressures and spraying heights).
The height of the boom cans can be adjusted by a pulley system, any height between 20 cm until 110 cm can be achieved.
The patternator can be built to the customers` need. Its width can be 2, 3 or 4 meters. Also, the gutter length has 2 options, 1m25 and 1m50. It can also be equipped with various electrical options. An electrical engine for turning the measuring glasses, one for height setting the spray boom, Furthermore, it is possible to add a spraying unit with an electric pump for keeping constant pressure on the spray boom as an option.
We also have the option to equip the Modular Spray Patternator with an electrical reading unit (using ultrasonic sensors) for precise measuring of the glasses. Our software is included and helps to evaluate the results and to save the data for traceability or other purposes.
