Quiet, comfortable, and all operator controls within easy reach

The new Condor GC features the brand new, roomier SprayView or Premium SprayView Cab, with easy-to-use operator controls and enhanced visibility. Ease of operation and operator comfort are a top priority, which is why you will find the cab is quiet, comfortable, and the ride is smooth with the full air-bag suspension. The standard features include air-ride, pressurization, charcoal filtration, heat/AC, AM/FM/WX w/CD, 2 way tilt/telescope steering wheel, sun visor, and cloth air-ride seat with folding instructional seat. Miller Chassis Systems Monitor is also a new standard feature.
 
The Premium SprayView cab offers all of the standard features, plus a Grammer Evolution suede leather seat with active suspension, heating and cooling. It also includes a leather wrap steering wheel, Auto Climate Control, Bluetooth XM stereo with 4 speakers, lighted cup holder, deluxe dome lights, X grip for cell phone and rear camera wrapping you in quiet comfort and sophistication.

To tackle the most challenging conditions, you have to start with the right engine

To power the new Condor Series sprayers, we knew we’d need an engine specifically tailored to meet your demanding requirements for reliability, high torque rise, and good fuel economy and quite running. The Cummins QSB 6.7 Liter Tier 4B engine does that through the use of a full authority electronic control, High-Pressure Common Rail fuel system.

The Condor GC260 features a 260 horse power engine with a power bulge to 270 HP, while the GC300 boasts 300 horse power with a power bulge to 310 HP.

Simple, rugged mechanical drive train design

To efficiently deliver power to the ground, the Miller Condor Series sprayers use a mechanical drive system, ensuring better performance, higher productivity, improved fuel efficiency, less downtime, and lower operating costs.

The Condor GC260 features an Allison 5-speed automatic transmission with speeds up to 40 miles per hour, while the GC300 features an Allison 6 speed automatic transmission with speeds up to 40 miles per hour.

The heavy duty differential is tucked up into the rear axle, and features a foot-operated hydraulic differential lock on the GC260, transferring power to both rear wheels during adverse conditions.  The GC300 has a limited slip differential.  Both models feature rear disc brakes and the GC300 includes standard front disc brakes (optional on the GC260).

The final drive options include:

• GC260 Angle Drive - 42" clearance
• GC260 Drop Box - 48" clearance
• GC300 Drop Box - 48" clearance

Smart Drive® 4 Wheel Assist is available on the GC300 and GC300 Combo chassis.  This innovative design combines a hydrostatic drive pump system with time tested Poclain front wheel drive motors.  The system is designed to supply power to the front wheels only when needed or can be disengaged.

Suspension

The Condor suspension is comprised of long travel air springs on both the front and rear floating axles, designed to cushion and absorb rough and challenging field conditions.

To ensure uniform wheel contact with the ground, the frame rails of the Condor are made of flexible high strength steel, designed to provide up to 30 degrees of axial twist. This works in concert with the floating axles and air spring suspension to ensure a smooth ride and firm contact with the ground for excellent drive traction.

Choice of booms, tank sizes, and dry box configuration allows you to taylor to your needs

GC260 and GC300: Choose from two tank sizes, 1000 and 1200 gallons in either poly or stainless steel, and you will have a size to match your productivity. Customize your Condor as you see fit with a broad range of boom options. The mono-beam style boom offers simple, unique ruggedness, while the truss style boom provides outstanding strength for large 120 foot boom sizes in the toughest conditions.

Spray-Air:  For a superior return on investment, consider equipping your Condor GC260 or GC300 with Miller’s Spray-Air air boom system, and enjoy unsurpassed plant canopy penetration and coverage with the most efficient application rates possible. With Miller’s Spray-Air technology, you have fingertip control over your droplet sizes, enabling you to dial-in the optimum spray pattern for a wide range of application types and changing environmental conditions on the fly.

GC300 Combo:  The GC300 Combo can be ordered with a Dry Spinner Box, Liquid Spray system or both!  To maximize your asset utilization, the Condor GC300 can be ordered in an optional Combo Configuration.  The unique centralized quick-connect panel and attachment points allow a 1200 gallon self contained spray system to quickly be removed and swapped for a 255 cubic foot New Leader dry box.  With the proper equipment, a crew should be able to swap the liquid and dry systems in less than an hour.

Dry Spinner Box Option: The Condor GC300 Combo is available with a factory installed New Leader® G4 dry spinner box system. The New Leader® dry spinner box is built of 409 stainless steel, the box is painted Miller red, is MultApplier ready, and has a struck capacity of 255 cubic feet, or 8.29 tons @ 65 lbs/cubic foot.  The New Leader® G4 dry spinner box can spread consistent patterns in excess of 90 feet! (depending on material be spread)

1200 Gallon Liquid System:  The Condor GC300 Combo is also available with a 1200 gallon liquid system.  The tank can be Poly or Stainless Steel with boom widths up to 120` (36 m).  The complete spray unit is contained in one structure and can be installed or removed all in one piece!

Your new Condor can be factory equipped with a variety of Raven® Field Computers and precision farming equipment to help you maximize your application efficiency.

If you require professional precision controls, the Raven® Envizio Pro and Viper 4+ field computers are the platforms of choice for expanding into multiple product controlling, full mapping and datalogging, AccuBoom automatic boom section control, and AutoBoom automatic boom height control, as well as SmarTrax AutoSteer.

Miller also offers Raven®’s  DGPS receivers with sub-meter to sub-inch accuracy options.
