What are the benefits of a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift training programme provides many benefits and opportunities. The work-based learning program offers high-quality on-the-job training, paid at a competitive rate, with additional benefits. The off-the-job training is undertaken at an external training provider, where you will study to gain an industry-recognised qualification.

Who can apply for a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship?

The Niftylift Engineering Training Programme/Apprenticeship Schemes are available for anyone over 16 who is qualified at the GCSE level or has an equivalent Level 2 qualification. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. What can a Niftylift Training Programme/Apprenticeship lead to?

On successful completion of a Training Programme/Apprenticeship, all individuals will have the opportunity to continue their studies, with the possibility (reviewed individually based upon grades and business requirements) of achieving any of the following qualifications:

Diploma
HNC (Higher National Certificate)
HND (Higher National Diploma)
BEng (Degree in Engineering)
