Agronomic - Onion and Potato Digger-Windrower
The Digger-Windrower is a specialized agricultural machine designed to optimize the harvesting process of onions and potatoes by efficiently leveling and compacting the soil. Its V-shaped distribution system features an adjustable polyethylene backing roller that smooths the soil surface, making the loading of onions easier. A roller beneath the machine compacts the ground, allowing the onions to be laid on hard soil for effortless loading. The equipment includes an adjustable windrower made of non-sticky polyethylene, which removes the soil layer and safely transports onions without causing damage. The disc version is equipped with a hydraulic power unit featuring a motor per disc, employing five concave disks plus two side disks, alongside a rubberized pick-up with chain sprocket drive. This setup is designed to pull and lift crops efficiently. The digger-windrower is versatile and adapts to different crops like potatoes by employing various specialized equipment.
Under the carpets, a V distribution with an adjustable polyethylene backing roller allows you to level the floor surface.
The roller under the machine compacts the soil. The onions are then placed on hard ground to facilitate loading.
The line is placed using an adjustable windrower made of non-sticky polyethylene, allowing the layer of soil to be removed and the onions to be transported without damage.
In disc version: it is equipped with a hydraulic power unit with one motor per disc (5 concave discs for lifting + 2 side discs), as well as a rubberized pick-up with chain sprocket drive.
