Application:

It is designed for pre-sale processing of onions - cutting withered chive and removing loose skin.

Operation:

The working element consists of a grate and a set of disc knives mounted below which rotate at a high speed. The produce moves forward on vibrating sieves driven by a set of dedicated vibrating motors. The rotation speed of the disc knives can be regulated with an inverter.

STANDARD model:

materials: S235JR/RAL7015 steel

  • local/remote control operation
  • customised grate gaps (standard 25mm)
  • without a frame and a waste-material conveyor

Optional attachments:

  • vibratory initial sizer to carry away the produce that is beyond the required size range
  • waste-material conveyor and an additional frame (max +1.5m)
