Rondini - Model SPTO - Oscillating Spout Sprayers
The Rondini company, while offering you its oscillating spout sprayers, outlines also their several technical advantages. This peculiar spraying system enables you to spray or seed in a perfect and uniform way: fertilizers, seeds or other products regardless the quantities and types. Such a possibility cannot be realized by using the centrifugal disc sprayers as they cannot separate products having different weight units among them. Furthermore the oscillating spout models are fit to spray, without any problem, powder fertilizer or other products containing a humidity percentage up to the 30%.
Made for a long operative duration, all their components which get in touch with corrosive products and operating in humid climatic conditions, are made with peculiar materials, namely:
- FRAME STRUCTURE: made of strong tubular steel painted with polyester resin powder dried into furnace at 200°C.
- SPRAYING PRODUCT HOPPER: made of reinforced fiberglass.
- SPRAYER SPOUT: made of nylon low pressure cold forged and reinforced with fiberglass.
- PRODUCT DISPENSER DISC: made of stainless steel Aisi 304.
The oscillating unit, which represents the heart of this sprayer, is made of first class materials and its most important feature, is that of working in oil bath to prevent any seizure`s risk, being very unusual in other brands operating on the market.
Furthermore, the spout, by means of a simple rotation of the same, one gets the spray either to the right hand or to the left hand direction (see fig. A).
