Perpetual GO - Model I -Packaging Systems
Perpetual GO is a packing master. While with the GO series it is possible to pack at different scales ranging from 20 kg to 60 kg, the touchscreen control panel enables you to view all functions on a single screen. Thus, you can easily access information like product weight and number. Perpetual GO is designed to make things easier for you with a nine-ton-per-hour packing capacity.
With Perpetual GO, you can easily pack corn silage, beet pulp bassage, vetch silage, coarse fodder, pellet fodder, potato pulp, fruit pulp, olive pulp, grape pulp, barley, wheat, fertilizer, and industrial waste.
This mobile single- and double-station model is equipped with low maintenance costs, a long lifecycle, and standard components that do not cause a spare part problem. In addition to mobile stations, our machine has 8-10 mobile band conveyors and a mixer chamber. With the mobile conveyor, it can be used for loading after packing operation. Because this system is mobile, it can be transported to and installed at a desired location to minimise transportation and storage costs. More sensitive weighting is possible if three loadcells are used instead of two.
- Air inside the package must be discarded so that the packed good can be stored for a long time without spoiling. With Çelikel ZEROAIR technology, air in the package is discarded, thereby extending the product`s shelf life for up to two years. Thus, packed goods will be as fresh as the first day.
- A remote connection property integrated to SPACEBULL software is added for faster and easier intervention to any problems with PERPETUAL. With this system, Çelikel technical support team can remotely intervene if the user is unable to solve the problem.
- It is extremely easy to keep the machine system under control with SPACEBULL PLC control panel and comprehensive interface. You can intervene to all machine functions from single screen with touchscreen panel and access to information such as tonnage and number of packed products.

- We have used a scale system to increase the hourly capacity of the Go 2 machine. In this system, crops are kept in a scale and filling starts when a package is in place. This way, our machine does not wait until the second package is packed and sets the product grammage.
