Agratronix - Model WCT-2 - Portable Wood Chip Moisture Meter Tester

Designed for testing the moisture content of logging residue, the tester can obtain measurements directly from a load of material or from a sample gathered into a bucket. Measurements are taken from a 7.75" diameter zone between the metal tip of the probe and the dish portion of the tester. The tester features four scales for various types of residue: wood chips, fine logging residue chips, medium-sized logging residue chips, and coarse logging residue chips. Operating Range (Moisture): Wood Chips, 12% to 40%; Logging Residue/Brash/Slash, 30% to 70%. Display Resolution: 0.1% moisture.
