TRUE ZERO-ENTRY

With front and rear wheels that require a one-time adjustment and combined with our Posiitive Drive Control Panel and Collector Ring Sump, there is no need to enter the bin prior or during operation of an ATLAS Posi-Trac Bin Sweep, providing true Zero-Entry operation.

THE BEST IN EFFICIENT OPERATION

Operate your ATLAS Posi-Trac with ease using its standard Positive Drive Control Panel. The PD panel enables the sweep to automatically drive forward or reverse according to the level of amps being generated by the auger motor. This ensures maximum efficiency and prevents overload during clean-out.

POSITIVE DRIVE SYSTEM

Norstar`s ATLAS Positive Drive System features a gear and sprocket design that links with a curved track installed onto the floor of the grain bin. The constant contact between the sprocket and the track prevents slippage of the sweep and promotes reliable forward motion into the grain with up to 1900 lbs of thrust.

ONE-TIME ADJUSTMENT FRONT & REAR WHEELS

Front and rear caster wheels help the ATLAS Posi-Trac Sweep move smoothly around the grain bin. The wheels only require a one-time adjustment after install. The front caster wheels come with standard ploughs that promote easier forward movement into the grain.

RUGGED DESIGN

The ATLAS features a rugged design that lends itself to the load bearing requirements of large storage operations. Strength and durability are key to long-lasting performance in commercial storage and the ATLAS provides both.

POSI-TRAC CONTROL PANEL

Norstar’s ATLAS Posi-Trac comes standard with our Positive Drive Control Panel. The panel enables the sweep to automatically drive forward or reverse according to the amps of the auger motor. The panel is also equipped to detect if a belt is broken, at which point it will stop the forward drive process. Additional features include: Auger ON/OFF Switch, Drive FWD/OFF/REV Switch, Digital Auger Motor Ammeter, Motor Overloads and more.

AVALANCHE GUARD

Norstar`s Avalanche Guard is designed to reduce the grain flow over top of the sweep. The guard spans nearly the entire length of the sweep and protects the sweep in situations where the grain pile can avalanche.

ADVANCED FLIGHTING

Norstar uses an innovative auger fighting that features a thicker outer edge that allows you to move up to 100 BPH more than traditional fighting. The thicker edge also increases the auger`s lifespan by over 50%.

UL LISTED COLLECTOR RING

Norstar`s optional Collector Ring Sump provides the best in operational safety and efficiency with the ability to prevent power cable twisting during sweep revolutions around the grain bin. Norstar offers an industry-exclusive UL Listed model (recognized in Canada and the US) as well as a CE Certified model.
