Shaktiman-GRIMME - Model SGPH 200 -Potato Harvester for Efficient Potato Farming
The SGPH 200 Potato Harvester by Shaktiman-GRIMME is engineered specifically for smaller farm lands, averaging 2.5 acres, requiring only a 50 HP 4WD tractor. This harvester allows excellent visibility of the potato flow and ensures gentle crop handling without friction. Its compact design integrates reliable and proven technology aimed at reducing labor requirements significantly. Featuring India's first intake system with Diablo for clod-free harvesting, it includes a depth control mechanism for the shear blade, and a lug conveyor with rubber flights for primary haulm separation. The dual sieving webs, with 40mm and 35mm pitches, ensure effective soil separation and thorough harvesting of marketable tubers. It is equipped with adjustable haulm rollers for enhanced haulm separation and an inspection table for four operators. The elevator cart web, with cushioned rubber sleeves, provides a gentle discharge, while hydraulic steerable wheels allow a reduced turning radius of just 5.2 meters.
