Shaktiman-GRIMME - Model SGPP-205 -Potato Planter
This potato planter offers precise planting with consistent depth and spacing, effectively reducing reliance on manual labor. Designed for enhanced productivity, it features low maintenance requirements and cost savings in labor and operations. Fitted with either a mechanical or electronic vibrator, it prevents tuber doubling or missing during planting, potentially saving up to two seed bags per acre. The device allows for easy adjustment of seed-to-seed distance and fertilizer drop using just two gears, thereby increasing efficiency. Capable of planting 10-12 acres per day compared to 6 acres by local planters, it can enhance potato yield by 10% to 12%.
The SGPP-205 automatic potato planter is simple to operate and robust technology enables a high efficiency in the field. The compact machine suits also small tractors and Indian farm sizes The Shaktiman-GRIMME professional planting element is the right choice for a very precise and even planting distance. Different setting options of the machine together with good calibrated seed enable a high planting speed. The SGPP-205 is available with adjustable row width: 66 cm to 90 cm. It can achieve the precise fertilizer placement specially designed for Indian farming conditions to achieve enhanced planting quality and higher potato yields!
