Model MINI Automatic - Potato Planter

MINI series potato planter is made of light duty square pipe frame structure which has perfect size and weight of the machine mainly suitable for compact and garden tiller from 10 hp to 28 hp. The size and weight of the machine makes planning operation easy for smaller horse power tractor and also allows smooth with the help of tiller operator. MINI series potato planters are manufactured as 1-row planter with seed bunker capacity of 50 kg.

• An adjustable coulter forms a furrow while a chain with cups settles the tuber to the desired depth.
• The planting distance (4 measures) can be changed easily and fast, by means of pinions.
• Joint less high quality rubber belt provided to ensure longer life of potato planting without any maintenance.
• Reduction cups are provided in different sizes to suit potatoes taking on belt.

• Easy and simple gear adjustments are provided to make various distance between two potato seed.
• The superior pulley with spline design and materials supported by two compression springs on both side, allows greater and continuous adherence to the conveyor belt by eliminating skidding which would cause failed areas of sowing.
• The discs with a diameter of 460 mm (510 mm on request) can be adjusted in several positions to get the bet covering. They are equipped with compression springs that allow working on strong soil.
