The optimum entry model for wide saw blade technology. A sawmill with convincing equipment possibilities and easy operation because of its standard positioning control. Also available with a manual log handling system for a lower price. Therewith you can fix the log and pull it down – just like with the hydraulic equipment. Available with an 18,5 kW (electric drive) or 25 kW (petrol) engine. Stepless electric feeding system, electric height adjustment and precutter. Saw head no compromise: automatic lubrication system, manual sawblade tensioning system, sawblade guidance. Everything for a sensational price.

The base frame
Between hot dip galvanized long beams in a special design are the galvanized log supporters screwed in. Because of double welding the 5mm thick material is extreme stable. Attached on that, the squaring arms and the toe boards are installed. Those boards can be placed anywhere. The cutting length is 6,70 meters, with extension even 9,20 meters. In stationary use of course longer.

The cutting unit
For the Alpina heavy driving wheels with 700mm in diameter are used. The well tried and tested cleaning and lubrication system of the driving wheels has also been adopted from the bigger professional sawmills, as well as the easily adjustable sawblade guidance. Above the mechanical blade tensioning are 39 cm space for milled logs above the sawblade. The precutter adjusts itself to the log diameter and on its contour. The built in circular sawblade removes dirty bark which increases the sawblade lifetime.

The operation station
The operator has a complete overview of all the functions while working: The basic controls, the positioning control, the scale above, as well as the levers of the hydraulic valves for the log handling and the precutter.
