The Machine: Our mod. Plus Compact DB is composed of an industrial refrigerator measuring 88*88*230 cm where the product is contained in a single 200 Lt tank. A retractable dispenser ensures proper dosing of the product. Payment Accepted: Coin acceptor cashless payment system with key or magnetic card. Materials: In our systems the parts that come into contact with the milk are all certified for foodstuff.

DISPENSING COMPARTMENT

  • The dispensing compartment consists of a stainless steel pressed element with rounded edges for complete runoff and contains the bottle clamps, the spraying nozzles for compartment hygienization, a germicidal UV lamp and an air curtain to prevent insects from entering the compartment in the hot season. Compartment size 180 x 400 x 200 mm (LxHxP), max size bottles alowed 110 x 320 (Ø x H)

ACCESS DOOR

  • The access door is airtight, can be manually opened, closes automatically and has a lock-system when it is not operated. When the money is inserted the access door is unlocked and can be opened. This system ensures a higher hygienic safety in the dispensing compartment.

BOTTLE CLAMPS

  • The bottle is held by means of a holding clampwhich holds the bottle during the supply operation. The bottle locking system consists of a clamp which surrounds the bottle neck and keeps it suspended above the support surface. A sensor placed inside the machine detects the presence of the bottle.

GERMICIDAL LAMP

  • A germicidal lamp placed in the dispensing compartment helps reduce the bacterial load within the compartment by using UV rays.

BOTTLE VENDING MACHINE

  • The automatic T&T type bottle vending machine is made in galvanzed sheet with pneumatic bottle supply system.  An electro-compressor provides for compressed air supply (voltage 230V- 50Hz).

SUPPLY NOZZLE

  • A stainless steel nozzle supplies the product along the internal sides of the bottle thus guaranteeing a perfect bottle filling without the formation of foam. The nozzle is pneumatically moved and cannot be forced from the outside. The nozzle is only activated when the access door is closed and the sensor has detected the presence of a bottle. Should the bottle fall during supply because mispositioned, the nozzle would interrup the supply and be retracted into the refrigerator. This innovative supply system, which can be found in all our products, guarantees complete hygiene and a continuous refrigeration of the product left inside the nozzle. 

WASHING

  • When the product within the tank has exhausted the machine goes out of order. The operator replaces the empty tank, the pump and the supply nozzle for the subsequent hygienization process on the manufacturer’s premises. 

TANK

  • The tank is 500 mm in diameter and about 1170 mm in height

PRODUCT LOADING

  • The product is loaded by means of a 200 Lt tank, which is carried to the machine and kept at a temperature of 4°C thanks to the thermal linen supplied. The product is loaded by replacing the empty tank(including pump and nozzle) with a full one.

HYGIENIZATION

  • The dispensing compartment is cleaned after every supply by spraying some alcohol-based hygienizing liquid detergent to prevent bacterial load.

TEMPERATURE

  • The product is kept at a temperature of 4°C, which is constantly monitored by means of a sensor directly managed by the control unit. Should the temperature exceed 4°C the machine goes automatically out of order because the integrity of the product might be compromised. In case of failing power supply, a buffer battery supplying the electronic system enables internal temperature monitoring and the keeping of data and settings. When power supply is restored and the temperature has not exceeded 4°C, the machine automatically starts up.
