The company`s intent is to supply customers only those products whose quality will obtain satisfaction in use and that conform to all relevant regulatory requirements.
Stocker-Crew`s operating philosophy is that quality must be built in from the start, it cannot be wished in later.
Company priority is `after sales service` and we endeavour to respond to our customer immediately with assistance or instruction from the manufacturer.
Same day dispatch of frequently used parts if ordered prior to 2pm is our stated aim for all products. If a part is not available from bin stock we will discuss the earliest delivery possible with our customer.
In an extreme situation we may dismantle a stock machine to supply the part or component required.
To ensure these aims are met, Stocker-Crew has established and will maintain an efficient quality assurance system planned and developed in conjunction with other management functions of the company. Conformance to requirements is judged on the basis of objective evidence.
The requirements of Australian Standard 3901 / ISO9001 form the basis of Stocker-Crew`s quality assurance system. The contents of the Quality Manual ensure that all the customer and relevant regulatory requirements are recognised and that consistent control is established, implemented and maintained.
