Running Line Tensiometers - Cable Line Riders

Rugged Controls manufactures rugged and accurate running line tensiometers (RLT) that feature alloy-steel frames with marine grade coatings and high quality stainless steel fixtures. Force and count sensors are located in a removable center sheave, allowing for easy installation without the need to cut or modify the winch lines. If future needs change these RLT’s can be just as easily removed for use in other applications. In addition to our flagship tensiometer line Rugged Controls has recently added additional models to our product line, Single Side Plate Tensiometers, a more cost effective option, and Variable Wire Diameter Tensiometers, a more versatile option.
