Schlueter SafGard - Rotary Drum Strainer

Each Rotary Drum Strainer consists of a cylindrical strainer drum, head box, frame/ chassis, solids discharge assembly, and chute, CIP internal spray system, and drive system to rotate the strainer drum. The strainer drum is constructed of helical wound steel wedgewire. This insures a non-binding, drain free, self cleaning surface that is easily cleaned in place for maximum sanitary operation. Wedgewire strainer can be easily interchanged with alternate clearance strainers involving minimal mechanical adjustments.
