Ferrari Fastblock - Semi-Automated Transplanter
Versions: 3 points - with draw-bar – self-propelled. Frame: single bed - multi-bed. Minimum inter-row spacing: 25 cm (9.8"). In-row spacing: electronically adjustable from 10 (3.9") to 99 cm (39"). Productivity h element: average 6,500 plants/h- maximum 7,500 plants /h. Main features: flex roller – electronic gearbox - row switch-off device – electronic adjustment for pincers opening.
No dead times and excellent positioning of the plants are the main features of Fastblock. The semi-automatic Ferrari transplanter for vegetables in a pressed cube with side between 3 (1.2") and 5 cm (2"). Only one operator is required to feed the belts every two rows and, thanks to the very small ploughshare (only 75 cm -2.9") and the innovative gripper that effectively separates the seedlings, this transplanting machine allows to place even very tall plants at high speeds and without the plants suffering any kind of stress. Thanks to the electronic management of the machine it is possible to set all the work parameters with the touch screen, as well as monitor all the transplant activity. Fastblock is equipped as standard with a parallel linkage on the perimetral frame, flex roller with adjustable pressure, hydraulic adjustment of the transplanting depth and electronic adjustment of the pressure of back pressing wheels. It is available in a pulled or self-propelled version.
Maximum Productivity Per Operator
The semi-automatic transplanting that is able to transplant compressed cubic clods between 3.2 and 5 cm: thanks to the modular and componibles units of which it is composed, it allows to reach non-existent dead times and maximum precision in the positioning of the plant.

Fastblock works only with square blocks (from 3 to 5 cm on each side). Row width can be adjusted starting from 23 cm by using a very narrow ploughshare (only 7.5 cm). The innovative robotic grabbers can handle both short and tall plants at high speed, without damaging them.
Able to operate in line and in diamond, digital sign of the distance on the row from 10 cm to 100 cm, the hourly yields per element up to max 7000 plants / hour while the speed varies up to 2.5 km / h.
