Single operator filleting system to produce fillets from whole round Salmon in the size range 1.5 Kgs. to 6 Kgs. Comprises HV 40 head cutting machine which delivers the fish to an eviscerating system which in turn feeds then fish directly into an FR 9000 MkIII filleting machine.
