Steam vegetables peeling line - potatoes, carrot, beetroot, root parsley etc. comprising a series of devices due to which the vegetables peeling process can be carried out. The entire line comprises such devices as: sorting unit, de-scaling unit, flushing and separating machine, preliminary evaporator, brush peeling machine, final evaporator. Productivity of the line equals up to 10T vegetables / hour.
