Technical Description: The SF1100 stump grinder is an attachment for carriers with three-point-linkage, PTO drive and creeper gear. The stump grinder is operated from the driver`s seat by electric joysticks. The open construction of the booms ensures high visibility. The power to the grinding wheel is special hydrostatic drive system on the SF1100. The PTO shaft of the carrier powers a hydrostatic pump through a divider gearbox. The hydraulic drive gives the grinding wheel a large radius of operation. The wheel is fitted with 16 carbide tools, radial and sidewise on the range. The tools can be easily replaced individually. Additional side tools enable the stump grinder to grind the stump laterally and radially. This method guarantees long life of the tools and evenly ground material. The chip guard can be adjusted hydraulically. On the standard model, the carriers supply the oil flow for the valve block.
Options: Gearbox cooling for engine power above 180 kW (240 MP). Additional pump for hydraulic control of cylinder functions. Control block with proportional valves.
