S3 AWS Airbar - Sump Saver for Flex Draper Heads

The AWS Airbar Sump Saver is specifically engineered for use with MacDon and John Deere flex draper heads. It features a robust brush that attaches directly to the front of the stone sump, located just behind the knife. This construction ensures a seamless crop flow transition onto the in-feed belt while enabling stones and other heavy debris to efficiently drop through the bristles into the sump. Designed for durability and efficiency, the Sump Saver prevents the crop from falling into the sump, maintaining a clean flow. It supports head models such as the John Deere 600FD, 700FD and MacDon FD70, FD75, FD1, and accommodates head lengths between 30 to 45 feet. Additionally, it can be easily bolted in place for quick installation and reliable performance.
