SurePulse and Calf 35 - Complete Pulsation System

Calf 35 complete pulsation system is a modern and revolutionary designed system that delivers incredible results in milking productivity and speed and vast improvements in animal health and longevity. The system is designed to take control of pulsation and liner movement for end result that emulates a suckling calf. It uses low vacuum at 10.2 inches Hg to open liners and remove the milk from the teat end and positive pressure (compressed air) to close the liners.

Calf 35 ideally runs at 80-90 cycles per minute significantly improving milk flow rates. Like SurePulse, Calf 35 includes plastic inserts placed between the shell and liners to control the movement of liner walls.
