The product, which is emptied into the hopper on the hood with the elevator, is transferred to the upper basin. While the product separated in the upper vessel passes through the middle vessel, the product is first cleaned by vacuuming with a hood. The product, which is cleaned from the upper and middle vats, is separated into two dyes as above the sieve and below the sieve with the help of the lower sieve. While the coarse products remain on top, the clean (clear) product remains at the bottom. Thanks to the brush system under the sieve, there is no clogging in the sieves. The most appropriate cleaning process is carried out by determining the sieve structure and hole diameters according to the product. Maximum capacity is achieved with specially designed sieve sheets.
