With up to 10,000 BPH of capacity, Norstar`s ATLAS Tractor Drive provides commercial storage operations with reliable clean-out performance. Designed standard for bin diameters ranging from 30` - 105` and with custom design available for longer units, the ATLAS can handle operations of any size.

UL LISTED COLLECTOR RING

Norstar offers an industry-exclusive UL Listed Collector Ring (recognized in Canada as well as the US). The Collector Ring effectively prevents twisting of the sweep power cables as the sweep circles the bin, making it unnecessary to disconnect and untwist the cables during operation. Norstar also offers a CE Certified Collector Ring for European operations.

HEAVY DUTY TRACTOR DRIVE

The ATLAS Tractor Drive is designed to handle heavy workloads. With up to 800 lbs of thrust, improved weight distribution and weight capacity, this tractor drive provides reliable power and traction.

RUGGED DESIGN

The ATLAS features a rugged design that lends itself to the load bearing requirements of large storage operations. Strength and durability are key to long-lasting performance in commercial storage and the ATLAS provides both.

AVALANCHE GUARD

Norstar`s Avalanche Guard is designed to reduce the grain flow over top of the sweep. The guard spans nearly the entire length of the sweep and protects the sweep in situations where the grain pile can avalanche.

ADVANCED FLIGHTING

Norstar uses an innovative auger fighting that features a thicker outer edge that allows you to move up to 100 BPH more than traditional fighting. The thicker edge also increases the auger`s lifespan by over 50%.

ADJUSTABLE JACKS & WHEELS

The ATLAS Tractor Drive Sweep features front caster jacks and front and rear situated jacks that are adjustable to allow for variable sweep heights. The casters provide smooth travel across the bin floor and feature standard ploughs to promote easier progress into the grain pile.

TORQUE ARM BELT ADJUSTER

The ATLAS features a rigid motor mount with a Torque Arm Belt Tensioner for easy belt adjustment. No other belt-adjustments are required.

STANDARD CONTROL PANEL

Norstar`s Standard Control Panel offers basic operation efficiency with the ability to engage/disengage the sweep, forward and reverse as well as emergency stop functions. The Panel features overloads for all motors and is able to control up to two drives.

AUTO-DRIVE CONTROL PANEL

In addition to the features of the Standard Control Panel, Norstar`s Auto-Drive Panel monitors the auger motor amps and will automatically move the sweep forward or backward accordingly.

UL LISTED COLLECTOR RING

Norstar`s optional Collector Ring Sump provides the best in operational safety and efficiency with the ability to prevent power cable twisting during sweep revolutions around the grain bin. Norstar offers an industry-exclusive UL Listed model (recognized in Canada and the US) as well as a CE Certified model for European operations.

OTHER SUMP OPTIONS

Norstar also offers a standard corded sump with a variety of receiver and pivot options to suit your needs.

TRACK STRIPS & PARK PLATES
