We provide after-sales service for numerous forestry machines, whether Sogedep brand or Komatsu, Ponsse, John Deere, etc. But our know-how goes far beyond the traditional forestry framework. Equipped with 3 trucks, a workshop of more than 600 m2, our sedentary or mobile technicians take care of the maintenance, repair of agricultural vehicles, public works, handling, etc.
We work in all areas of after-sales service: mechanics, hydraulic, electrical, electronic… Continuously trained on technological developments by approved and recognized organizations, we have the necessary certifications to repair air conditioning, for example. Customers who trust us appreciate our responsiveness and our level of expertise. You have a single point of contact in the person of the After-Sales Service Manager who organizes the intervention and monitors it until complete resolution, taking charge of the supply and/or manufacturing of spare parts, the scheduling of technicians, customer relations, etc.
Equipped with a 5-axis milling machine , a plasma cutting/oxygen cutting machine up to 100 mm thick and a 300 ton folder with a 4 meter beam, we manufacture all kinds of simple or complex mechanical parts . Our processes are fully automated and digitalized. We produce components intended for the assembly of our forestry machines but also for other applications in the fields of energy, waste treatment, agriculture, etc. We control the processes from design to assembly . Our design office works from the model or plan. From steel, stainless steel, tubes, profiles… we carry out cutting and folding. We carry out welding, boring, tapping… The components that we manufacture are intended for the new but also used machine market . Faced with the explosion of prices on original parts, you can control the budgets for repairing your machines whatever the model and brand.
