In order to reduce downtime costs following a breakdown, every manufacturer must have an efficient after-sales service. Sogedep is no exception to the rule. Over the years, the image of our company has been built around service. This is one of our greatest strengths.

Designing a new forwarder or a new harvester is a long and demanding process at the center of which we find the design office. It is he who manages the different phases and who brings together the multiple stakeholders, first and foremost our customers. The latter are included in the process with the aim of defining the machine that will best suit their needs.

We provide after-sales service for numerous forestry machines, whether Sogedep brand or Komatsu, Ponsse, John Deere, etc. But our know-how goes far beyond the traditional forestry framework. Equipped with 3 trucks, a workshop of more than 600 m2, our sedentary or mobile technicians take care of the maintenance, repair of agricultural vehicles, public works, handling, etc.
