Entrepreneurs in Dairy Farming Course
This business training programme for aspiring dairy producers is organised by the Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers in collaboration with The Andersons Centre, AHDB Dairy and the NFU. Now in its fifth year Entrepreneurs in Dairying has seen over 170 applicants successfully complete the course, all from varying backgrounds within or related to the industry. The course has been integral to several of the students, providing them with the contacts and connections to go on and establish their own businesses, whether it be share partnerships, joint ventures, tenancies or development of their existing businesses.

Overview Training
The 2018 course will return again this autumn, with the first session at all of the colleges generally beginning in September.
The course will run at four colleges: Bridgwater, Cannington; Gelli Aur, South Wales; Reaseheath, Cheshire and SRUC Royal Crichton Farm, Dumfries. Participants will attend eight training sessions including two full days on finance.

- Challenges and opportunities
- Final session (full day)
The above sessions will be held at the host college apart from the final session which will take place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire. Dates for each session depend on the college hosting the course.
