BCC - Dibbler
The Dibbler by BCC AB is designed to cater to the specialized needs of forestry nurseries by ensuring the proper geometric balance and even distribution of the root system in forest tree seedlings. Placing the seed in the center of the tray cell during sowing is critical for subsequent tree anchoring and stability in the field. The BCC Dibbler creates a precise cavity in the growing substrate, ensuring the seed`s position is maintained centrally in each cell post-sowing. Constructed with dimensions of 600mm x 700mm x 1200mm and a weight of 30kg, the Dibbler operates efficiently with compressed air consumption of 50 liters per minute at 600 kPa (6 bar). It boasts a maximum production capacity of 24 HIKO trays, 18 SIDE SLIT trays, or 10 trays with a 96 Insert Frame per minute. This advanced functionality makes it an indispensable tool in large-scale forest seedling production, enabling optimized seed placement and thus promoting healthier and more robust root system development.

BCC - Cleaner & Seed Sizer (mini series)
The BCC Cleaner and Seed Sizer (mini-series) is a sophisticated machine designed for efficient seed processing. This versatile unit features two screens and an integrated aspiration chamber, which effectively removes light impurities and debris of various sizes from the seed lot, and separates the seeds into different size fractions. Ideal for use in gene banks, small-scale seed processing plants, research and development facilities, and containerized nurseries, the mini-series unit is tailored for those who need to process their own cones and seeds. With dimensions of 2000 x 850 x 1900 mm and a weight of 185 kg, this machine is compact yet highly functional. It requires a power supply of 1 x 230 V, 50 Hz, with a power requirement of 1.0 kW. The system includes 10 customizable screens and a seed hopper capacity of 40 liters. It achieves a maximum production capacity of approximately 5-30 kg per hour, making it an efficient tool for small to medium-scale seed processing tasks.
BCC - Cleaner & Seed Sizer (2 – 4 screens)
The BCC Cleaner and Seed Sizer, available in 2-screen and 4-screen versions, is a highly versatile piece of equipment designed for large seed processing centers. It is equipped with a belt feeder that includes an aspiration function, enabling efficient pre-cleaning of smaller cones, extraction of light impurities, and removal of debris both larger and smaller than the seed lot. In addition, it can divide the seed lot into different sized fractions, making it suitable for a wide range of seed species, from small Eucalyptus seeds to larger beech and pine nuts. The 2-screen version has a belt feeder with dimensions of 1600x750x1000 mm, weighing 165 kg, and operates on a 3 x 400 V, 50 Hz power supply with a requirement of 1.0 kW. It has a hopper capacity of approximately 300 liters with seeds and 50 liters dewinged, and a production capacity of 20-30 kg/hour. The 4-screen version shares similar features but offers a higher production capacity of 30-50 kg/hour. Additionally, limited moisture reserves in small containers can lead to rapid development of critical moisture stress. The BCC Greenhouse Irrigation Boom addresses these challenges by delivering precise water application tailored for containerized forest nurseries. Designed with a modular concept, this system offers flexibility and reliability, allowing features to be adjusted and added according to specific growing requirements. With single-rail and double-rail options, the system can accommodate various greenhouse dimensions, operating at a variable speed of 0-10m/min. It operates on a 1 X 230V, 50Hz power supply with a power requirement of 0.5kW. The recommended operating pressure is between 2-3Bar in the spray line, and 5-6Bar at the point of connection. This advanced system ensures that each plant receives the right amount of water, enhancing overall germination success.
