BCC - Greenhouse Irrigation Boom

Ensuring optimal germination is critical for plant success, especially in the greenhouse phase where precise water application is crucial due to the small surface area of each tray cell. Additionally, limited moisture reserves in small containers can lead to rapid development of critical moisture stress. The BCC Greenhouse Irrigation Boom addresses these challenges by delivering precise water application tailored for containerized forest nurseries. Designed with a modular concept, this system offers flexibility and reliability, allowing features to be adjusted and added according to specific growing requirements. With single-rail and double-rail options, the system can accommodate various greenhouse dimensions, operating at a variable speed of 0-10m/min. It operates on a 1 X 230V, 50Hz power supply with a power requirement of 0.5kW. The recommended operating pressure is between 2-3Bar in the spray line, and 5-6Bar at the point of connection. This advanced system ensures that each plant receives the right amount of water, enhancing overall germination success.

BCC - Holding Area Irrigation Boom

The BCC Holding Area Irrigation Boom is engineered to meet the precise water application needs of containerised forest nurseries, ensuring optimal plant growth and uniform development. With the surface area of each tray cell being small, the quality of water distribution becomes even more critical. Moreover, the limited moisture reserves in small containers can result in rapid moisture stress. Hence, BCC's solution is designed to be modular, allowing flexibility and customization according to specific growing requirements. The Holding Area Booms come in various dimensions: a standard length of 120 meters with a maximum width of 38 meters, options with hose cars extending up to 180 meters in length, and Combi Booms offering effective lengths of 105 meters. Operating on a 230V, 50Hz power supply and consuming about 0.5kW of power, the system maintains a water supply pressure of 5-6 bar and operates with a variable speed of 0-10 meters per minute. This comprehensive system ensures reliable and versatile water delivery for small container nurseries.
