Our BioSpeed composting machines optimize microbial breakdown to transform nearly all of your organic waste (see below) into lush, nutrient rich compost that can be used on campus grounds, gardens, large farms, donated, or even sold. 

The M1 is the smallest of the BioSpeed units capable of processing 80-130 Liters/day (21-35 Gallons/day, 105-172 Lbs/day) of organic waste.  The M1 is equipped with two composting chambers and an automated computer system.  This unit is perfect for small to medium sized restaurants, small workplaces, small living facilities or any business with a smaller waste profile.

A medium capacity machine, the BioSpeed M2 is capable of 160-220 liters/day (.2-.3 Cubic Yds/day or 40-60 gallons/day) of waste.  This machine will fully cover most businesses using 2-4 cubic yard dumpster or smaller for compostable materials with weekly pickup and fully convert the waste dispensed each day (specific capacities will be calculated upon request).  Equipped with automated computer system, two composting chambers, one compost collection chamber and 20-Ft prefabricated containerized options.  This product is perfect for restaurants, small hotels, or any business with a medium waste profile.

The BioSpeed M4 is a medium to large capacity  unit capable of processing 350-500 Liters/day (90-123 Gallons/day, 465-660 Lbs/day, .25-.35 Tons/day) of organic waste.  This machine will handle the organic waste from facilities with multiple toters daily.  The M4 has 3 composting chambers, an automated computer system, and a 20-Ft prefabricated containerized options.  This unit is perfect for larger restaurants, multi-family dwellings, hotels, office buildings, grocers, or any other business with a medium to large waste profile.

The largest capacity machine, the BioSpeed M18 is capable of processing 1800-2200 Liters/day (2.4-2.7 Cubic Yds/day, 475-560 Gallons/day, 1.2-1.5 Tons/day) of compostable waste.  This capacity will cover most businesses using a 20 cubic yard dumpster or smaller for compostable materials with weekly pickup and fully convert the waste dispensed each day (specific capacities will be calculated upon request).  The machine is fitted with an automated computer system, three composting chambers, and a customized compost dispensary system.  This product is great for any company with large amounts of waste.

he BioSpeed units optimize and maintain a perfect aerobic composting environment.  Specialized, self-sustaining microbes are pre-added to the machine to decompose the organic waste.  The automated systems monitor and control the heat of the mass to optimal thermal levels for rapid decomposition of the waste.  The agitation unit moves the mass keeping constant contact with the microbes, providing oxygen, and passively grinding the mass.
