Artificial Drying of products not free flowing and sensitive to mechanical handling.Cimbria’s horizontal band dryer is specially constructed to meet drying demands of different seeds and organic products (Grass and vegetable seeds, wood chips and saw dust etc). An air stream, optimally adjusted in temperature and volume to suit the actual product, is passing through a slowly moving steel belt, manufactured from perforated steel lamellas. Both the height of product layer and the belt speed are adjustable, enabling a perfect saturation of the exhaust air according to different drying processes and products.

The Cimbria belt conveyors are ideal for gentle horizontal conveying of granular products such as grain, pellets, powder etc. A Cimbria belt conveyor is totally self-emptying, and the energy consumption and the wear is minimal.  The belt is a trough formed unit which runs on duplex or triple support rollers. This unit form gives a high capacity compared to the belt width. The conveyor can also be supplied with oil- and fat resistant belts if required.

The Cimbria Contec screw conveyors are designed for efficient and reliable transport of a wide range of agricultural and industrial products. The screw conveyor construction consists of inlet and outlet sections, trough sections with screw flight and the drive assembly. Equipment and accessories are manufactured both for straightforward conveyors and for complete systems for large turn-key projects.  The screw conveyors are designed for horizontal or inclined conveying and the product line consists of tubular conveyors with the designations SO for standard and SOH for heavy duty conveyors and through conveyors designated as the SU and SUH line.

Safety and clean environment in one product. Cimbria Moduflex loading chutes are designed for dust-free outloading of dry bulk material. The loading chutes can be supplied for tanker trucks, flatbed trucks, open and closed rail wagons and containers. The chutes can be manufactured in a more sturdy construction for shiploading, stockpiling and warehousing, depending on customer requirements for heavy duty performance, long term durability and high capacities. The product programme covers all branches where dry bulk products are handled from agricultural products to industrial commodities and raw materials.

SEA CHROME optical sorter is equipped withhigh-resolution full-color RGB trichromatic cameras that, combined withHSI software system,allow a near human eye vision toprecisely sort almost any small shade differences. SEA CHROME software setting can count on the 16 families of defectsadjustment, as well as the combination of said 16 groups.

Crystal sorter is used for products particularly abrasive, for medium/large sized products, for frozen products or with specials characteristics.

SEA NEXT represents the evolution of SEA PIXEL series: the already considerable performances have been improved by a control system composed of hi-tech CCD 2048 pixel cameras, able to handle four thresholds of sensitivity simultaneously, and even thedimensional control of the defects; SEA NEXT can be configured with additional NIR and InGaAs cameras. The 7-chutes model can have up to 28 cameras to ensure the highest optical resolution and to satisfy even the highest production requirements.
