Easy-Matic - 1-Lane Dark Meat Remover
Easy Matic 1-lane Dark Meat remover uses circular knives to cut away the dark meat from the salmon fillet. The Knives are adjustable and the cutting depth is adjustable. The machine is equipped with a touch screen and from this screen you manage how the machine works. From the screen you can set how the depth of the knives has to be when going through the filet. The size of the filet will be measured on the way into the machine.

Easy-Matic Pinbone remover we can manufacture from 1-lane machine and up to 8 lane machine and all the machines we can also offer as TWIN models. Machines are produced for pulling out bones from salmon and trout fillets – best result of pulling out bones is when the fish is out of rigor mortis before pinboning. The machines pulls out 90-95% of all the pinbones (TWIN model pulls out more bones).

Kaj Olesen - Slicing Machine
The KSL slicing machine is for slicing frozen salmon and has a capacity up to 250 slices per minute. The thickness of the slices can be adjusted from 1 mm up to 5 mm and can slice fillets from the smallest to the largest sizes. At the same time without the use of any tools to can transform the salmon slicer into a tuna-slicer – only by changing the “tower” of the machine. The tower for the tuna loins is an extra option for this machine. The slicer only needs 380V electricity (for the tuna tower air is needed). You can have 2 machines in one and save money and space.
