Milk Cooling Tanks

Horizontal Model Milk Cooling Tank

Construction: AISI 304 quality stainless steel. The first wall base is 2 mm and 0.8 mm Ep type laser welded cooling evaporator surface is coupled to the wall. The isolated wall is 1,5 mm in tanks with a capacity of 2000-3000 Lt and 2 mm in tanks with a capacity of 4000-25000 Lt. Cooling unit, tank body is mounted on one-piece chassis. One 0,34 HP, 33 rpm reducer and a stainless steel agitator blade connected to it are available. There are 2 mixers from 2000 Lt to 12000 Lt, 3 mixers from 16000 Lt to 20000 Lt and 4 mixers in 25000 Lt milk cooling tanks.

Kromel - Model 2000 Lt & 3000 Lt - Semi Round Model Milk Cooling Tank

Insulated body 1,5 mm. Cooling unit, tank body is mounted on one-piece chassis. One 25 W, 21 rpm reducer and a stainless steel agitator blade connected to it are available.

Construction: AISI 304 quality stainless steel. 1st wall base is  2 mm and it also has 0,8 mm Ep type laser welded cooler evaporator surface that is coupled to wall.. 1 st wall body 1,5 mm. Isolated body 1 mm. Cooler unit and tank body are mounted on single chassis.. There are 1, 25 W 21 d/d redactor and stainless steel mixer blade on redactor.

Kromel - Balance Tank

It is one of the most important equipment before, during and after pasteurization process and during cleaning (CIP). It takes the product into the system, feeds it to the system with a controlled dosage and is used as a circulation system during pre-cleaning and post-cleaning.

White Cheese Production Lines

Kromel - Conventional Systems Cheese Vat

Milk prepared in desired features is transferred to Fermantation vats. It is subjected to fermentation process. Coagulum to be waited is allowed to become hard. In this stage, cheese releases whey. Coagulum cutting maturity is controlled. When the coagulum is re ached the maturity to be cut., cutting process is performed manually and cheese is cut in the size of sugar cube. After the coagulum is filtered, it is subjected to pressing process with manual weights. Pressed cheese is cut in desired sizes with gage and cutters. Packaging process is performed after the desired maturity value is obtained from brine.

Kromel - Soft Cheese Production Lines/Multimoulds

It allows soft cheese milk to be homogeneously fermented in the vat, soft cheese curd to be cut in proper sizes without increasing the problem of leakage and without scattered and during discharge, curd and whey to be homogeneously mixed. Vat has semi-circle model, automatic vertical and horizontal cutter, upper cover mechanism assisting automatic cutter system to be operated, platform, Stainless Steel Control panel-PLC automation control. It has the facility of ergonomic operation. Vat has IP 65,68 electric protection class. Horizontal cutter is stainless and they are designed in a way to prevent the efficiency loss arising from the cutting process. It has durable CIP covers that may provide hygiene after each production.
