The remotely controlled power feed/power sawhead system with Intelliset Setworks programming simplifies calculations and allows you to focus on the finished product. Achieve wireless control of the saw carriage forward-backward motion with a motorized chain-driven power feed. The power sawhead adds precision and ease to adjusting the blade height. Additionally, the handheld wireless controller features a 5" TFT color display, a 4-way joystick switch, throttle control, adjustable speed, and a comfortable custom-designed grip.

Saw big logs with ease from day one. The LumberMax HD38 and HD36V2 come ready for easy installation of the Hydraulics Bundle. The complete set of hydraulic attachments is included: log loader, chain drive log turner, log clamping, and roller toe boards. All the hydraulic attachments are powered by a 5hp auxiliary hydraulic pump system. An added log capacity of up to 17 feet (5.1 m) is achieved with the included 4-ft (1.2 m) track extension that bolts permanently to the end of the log deck. A pair of adjustable jacks (Item No. LM34-SJ2) will be required on Mobility-equipped sawmills to support the 4-foot bed extension.

Ideal for operations lacking hydraulics or heavy-lifting equipment, this bundle includes log loading ramps and a winch system for easy solo log loading and precise positioning on the cutting bed. It features an adjustable winch mast and a 2-speed, 1800lbs rated winch—low gear for larger logs and high gear for smaller diameters. The included log turning hook assists with heavy log rotation and positioning, complemented by the patented Automatic Dog Assist that automatically adapts to a log`s outer contour for secure placement. Ensure cuts parallel to the heartwood with two Toe Boards assemblies, leveraging a manual hydraulic bottle jack for height adjustment and steel rollers for smooth log repositioning. An additional log dog receiver set enables quick and easy log clamp relocation across various stations on your mill.

Precisely shape and plane beams & oversized boards with maximum efficiency, right on your sawmill. The Log Moulder LX26 is an incredibly powerful addition to your milling operation. Equipped with a vertically-adjustable, horizontally configured cutter-head, the LX26 easily connects to the log bed of your sawmill, rolling smoothly along the length of the track, exactly like the sawmill carriage. It works right on your sawmill, mounting on the rails of your mill and enabling you to finish your beams immediately after squaring your log, all in one smooth step and without moving your wood to another machine.
