A low line trailer designed to facilitate damage-free root crop harvesting. The Rootcrop Trailer has a low side height of 3’9” and a long, tapered body to reduce crop damage. Designed and engineered to maximise efficiency, the trailer body is constructed using pressed steel and channel sections to optimise the strength to weight ratio, and the tipping pivot at the rear end prevents the tail end dropping. Available in 13 to 18 tonne models with a range of options, you can customise the Rootcrop Trailer to meet your needs. The new Delilah D series of vertical beater manure spreaders provide simpler alternatives to the Delilah DV models. Retaining the Delilah beater format of five complete spiral flight sections with six tips per section, the D series (D10/D12/D15, with corresponding m3 capacities) feature a reduced body width of 1,500mm, decreasing overall width from 3,000 to 2,800mm. In combination with greater use of high-strength materials, this has cut overall weight by 10%. The rotor diameter has been reduced from 890mm to 800mm without detriment to shredding performance or overlapping. The 200mm rotor tubes minimise vibration and allow a large rubber-cushioned drive zone while providing a large weld area for the five 10mm heat-treated boron spiral flights. There are two types of rotor tips, both made from heat-treated boron and arranged in a staggered formation to produce a constant rotor load and uniform distribution of shredded material.

The DV series models are constructed with 6mm floor panels and 4mm side panels. The floor is hydraulically driven with two chains and a single floor slat. 16mm floor chains are used up to and including DV175 with 65mm rear floor shaft. 20mm floor chains and larger slats on the HD machines with 80mm rear floor shaft. The body is 1550mm wide with a flared top to create a wider top area for easy loading and less spillage. Rotors are 890mm diameter on the DV175 and below 1100mm diameter on the HD Models. With large diameter rotors and a high tip speed the Delilah DV series spreaders offer wide spreading width and excellent shredding on a wide range of manures, composts, and sludges.

The Delilah DS150HD muck spreader is equipped with a range of advanced features, including a hydraulically operated RT1000 gearbox for consistent material feed and a reverse function for object removal. It has a canopy rubber lining to reduce adhesion, a standard 21-ton sprung drawbar for stability, and twin horizontal beaters with durable Boron steel tips. The heavy-duty HARDOX spinning discs have multi-position Boron blades for precise spread control. 7-teeth sprockets enhance durability, and remote greasing points simplify maintenance. A hydraulic rear canopy door aids in composting and maintenance, while auto chain lubrication reduces wear. Full-width slats prevent material bridging, and a hydraulic slurry door is versatile. The swivel Ø50mm towing hitch aids in maneuverability during towing. These features combine for efficient and durable muck spreading. Available in 15m3 and 17.5m3 models with a range of options, the Delilah spinning disc spreader is suitable for widespread applications and high-accuracy spreading. Heaped Capacity: 15.2 m³.
