Poultry Slaughter Lines
Meyn - Poultry Slaughter Lines
The line was installed in 2002 and worked only two (2) days per week! Condition : after visual inspection, we confirm that the machinery looks very good and shows little or no wear. The line is still hanging (Italy) but there’s no electricity in the premises!
Linco - Poultry Slaughter Lines
Capacity according to scalding: at 52°C during 2,5 minutes : ± 300 birds per hour, at 60°C during 1 minute : ± 750 birds per hour. Line was used also to slaughter chicken up to 3,5 kg, but then capacity is lower!
One (1) Small Chicken Slaughtering Unit
cap. ± 300 chicken per hour. Condition: all machinery will come fully refurbished and tested.
Pig Slaughter Equipment

One (1) pig slaughter line, Norman (fr). Cap: 60 pigs per hour.
Rendering Equipment

One (1) red meat rendering plant. cap. ± 9 MT per shift of 8 hrs. Bath cooker: 5.400 liters. Capacity: ± 3 MT of mixed waste. Batch time: ± 3 hours.
Mix Poultry Rendering
One (1) mixed poultry rendering plant. cap. ± 4 Tons per shift of 8 hrs.. Bath cooker: 4.000 liters. Capacity: ± 2.5 MT of mixed waste. Batch time: ± 4-5 hours. Condition of the equipmen: All equipment will come fully refurbished.
