Heating plates are made of durable wear-resistant plastic and a special heating element enabling even heat distribution through the entire mat. To reduce heat losses the lower part of a mat is insulated with 6mm thermal insulation layer thus reducing power consumption by half.

The cover of a heating lamp is made with a power switch for 50 and 100%. The lamp is protected with a metal grille from the bottom. This design enables to save energy. “Variant” Factory Ltd. offers three types of light bulbs with 100W, 150W, 175W.

There are several models used for ventilation in the piggery: Roof ventilation, cross ventilation, cross combined ventilation, roof diffusive ventilation, combination of roof diffusive and tunnel ventilations, combination of cross and tunnel ventilations.
