The CS marking indicates folding equipment.OPTISUN series adapters are manufactured in the different configurations as you can see below:• Fix adapters in: 4, 5, 6, 8,10, 12 and 16 row versions with spacings of 50, 55, 60, 70 and 76,2 cm.• Folding adapters in: 6 and 8 row versions, with spacings of 70 and 76,2 cm.OptiSun series adapters are available in 2 and 3 row models for plot combines. Each row unitfeatures a gathering chain providing smooth material flow to the rotary knife mechanism andclean cut of the sunflower stems. Lightweight row dividers assembled with vibrating catch pansminimize shattering loss, furthermore provide smooth and uniform material flow to the gather-ing conveyor and the feeder house.The low profile floating lifters minimize harvest loss even at lodged down crop conditions.The side panels of the adapter work as excellent row dividers eliminating loss or fall-out of thesunflower heads from the adapter at the side rows.OptiSun- 676 Z and OptiSun- 876 Z adapterswith stalk crusherThe 6 and 8 row adapters with 76,2 cm row spacing are available with stalk crushermounted underneath the main frame of the adapter making possible not only thesunflower harvest, but uniform crushing/spreading of the stalks in the same passresulting easy residue incorporation and cost effective tillage operation.The OptiSun adapter mounted with stalk crusher can harvest any sunflower hav-ing the sunflower heads at least 1 m height from the ground.The OPTISUN series adap-ters are equipped with aspecial connecting frame,which provides quick cou-pling to any combinemakes specified by thecustomer. On placingorder of your OPTISUNsunflower adapter – forthe right connectingframe –, please specifyexact type and year ofmanufacturing of yourcombine.The stalk crusher can be operatedat a given height fixed or in flota-tion mode copying the surface ofthe top soil providing even „shredand spread” of residue.Crusher can be lowered/liftedfrom the cab by means of a hy-draulic cylinder. The crushingheight can be adjusted by meansof the sliding shoes.
