The sieving web (80 cm) and the 2 large cleaning hedgehogs give the machine an excellent working capacity with slow rotation speeds, without the risk of damaging the product. Independent web shakers and different available pitches of the sieving web allow to adapt perfectly to all harvesting conditions. The square mesh defoliator web (90cm) is surmounted by 5 rows of rotary combs that eliminate the large leaves while the 2 cleaning hedgehogs, one longitudinal (75cm) and one transversal (82cm) eliminate the smaller ones and the fine earth. The separation of potatoes, clods and stones is carried out by the combined work of the transversal hedgehog and the rotary comb with 2 rows of vertically rotating rubber fingers adjustable in height and speed in order to adapt to all working conditions and direct the flow towards the selection table and the waste web. The sorting table, equipped with 2 series of 4 rows of calibrating discs, has a width of 80 cm and the waste channel is 38 cm. The perfectly horizontal selection table allows the staff (up to 7 people) a comfortable working position, an excellent view of the different separation elements and limited discomfort created by the dust generated by the hedgehogs that work further down. The speed of the hedgehogs is hydraulically adjustable at any time. The swan neck of the sorting web goes down deeply into the big hopper (4.5 / 5.5 T) to limit the drop height. The automatic loading system is available (opt) which manages the swan neck and the movable bottom of the hopper for an optimal loading. An outlet funnel (opt.) is available for unloading into palletized bins.
