CTM Rockstar - Model 9060 -Energy Beet Cleaner Loader

Stage 1: CTM’s well proven cleaning receiving hopper 

Stage 2: Precleaner which tumbles beet to effectively dry clean and remove soil  

Stage 3: Sprung spiral rollers that remove trash, high percentage of stones and clods  

Stage 4: Unique ‘Censor’ device incorporating density scanning plates which trigger reject flaps when they detect stones or other hard objects passing over them. These fall through the pneumatically fired reject flaps onto a discharge conveyor

Stage 5: The CTM9060 is fitted with a final cleaning elevator 

Censor can also detect glass and metal so eliminating them from the fodder beet destined for the biomass plant.   

Censor technology developed and originally used by CTM for beet, potatoes and other leguminous product for the past 15 years.
